Fal River Health Center is an integrative medical practice dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare and education.
Linda S. Grigel MHP, P.A.-C, CCH is licensed through the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine and certified with the NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants). David Getson, M.D. is the supervising physician. We are a consultative practice and function as an out-of-network provider. Therefore, we are unable to bill insurance for your office visit. Necessary documentation will be provided for reimbursement through an HSA account or the out-of-network provision in your insurance contract. Payment for the office visit will be due in full at the time of the appointment.

When the office is closed, we offer confidential voicemail where you may leave messages.

APPOINTMENTS
An initial consultation may be booked for either a 2-hour comprehensive appointment, or for a 1-hour focused consult.
During a pediatric appointment, Lindy meets with you and your child for the first 15 to 45 minutes, depending on their age. The remainder of the appointment will be with the parent(s) only. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we are unable to use our waiting room.
Out of concern for safety and security, we cannot allow children to be unsupervised.
FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS
Follow-up appointments are scheduled for 50 minutes.
Children are encouraged to be present unless other accommodations have been recommended.

We request that you arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment.
Please print, fill out, and bring our New Patient Packet with you to your initial consult. For your convenience, all forms are provided below in a downloadable .PDF format. Each form is also available for individual download.
We require the Patient Demographics + HIPAA, Cancellation Policy, and Credit Card Authorization prior to your initial consult.
MEDICAL RECORDS
We may request pertinent medical records prior to your initial consultation, as they often provide valuable information.
Examples include recent lab work, allergy testing, immunization records, and neurologic or educational evaluations.
If you have any questions regarding which documents are relevant, please contact our office prior to your first appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You and your family are very important to us. As an Integrative Medical practice we are dedicated to providing the highest competency of healthcare and education. We hope you understand the reason for this cancellation policy.
Follow-Up Appointments: 24-hour notice is requested (not including weekends and/or holidays). If a cancellation is not made, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee, accounting for the amount of time reserved.
Initial Consults: 72-hour notice is requested (not including weekends and/or holidays). If a cancellation is not made, you will be charged a $275.00 non-refundable fee. If you choose to reschedule, pre-payment for the allotted time will be requested, in addition to the cancellation fee.
We do understand that there are extenuating circumstances; a simple phone call is requested to avoid these charges. However, texts cannot be used for communication. SMS messaging is not HIPAA compliant and your personal health information (PHI) could be compromised.
